The IBMO Fire-Rated Box was selected as a certified solution providing 120 minutes of fire resistance. The penetrations were finished with IBMO Fire-Rated Sealant to create a complete fire-resistant seal. In addition, the Fire-Rated Box allows future cable expansions to be carried out easily without requiring major modifications to the penetration system.

A fire-safe, efficient, and future-proof cable penetration solution that meets the required fire safety standards. Because the IBMO Fire-Rated Box was custom-manufactured to fit the cable tray, only a single fire-rated box was required. This eliminated the need for multiple connected boxes, resulting in a faster, cleaner, and future-proof installation that can easily accommodate additional cables whenever required.
