During the structural construction phase, a reliable solution was required to integrate fibre cement cast-in sleeves directly into the concrete at the correct locations. These sleeves needed to be easy to install during construction and, after project completion, provide a durable watertight seal for cable and pipe penetrations.
A complete system consisting of IBMO Fibre Cement Cast-in Sleeves, Uni-Link Seals, and Watertight Penetrations was selected. This system could be installed easily during construction and provides a reliable watertight seal for cables and pipes.
An efficient and future-proof solution in which the cast-in sleeves were accurately positioned during the structural phase and could be easily sealed watertight after project completion. Thanks to the combination of the various IBMO products, the installation process was fast, well-organised, and delivered a durable long-term result.
